Refund policy

This website does not charge you. A refund policy for a page that takes no payment has to say that plainly, and then say what to do if money moved somewhere else.
1. No charge is made on these pages
The quote form opens an email draft. It does not transmit a card charge, a wallet payment, or a deposit. If you only used yoourentacarusa.online, there is no payment on this domain to refund.
The $49 daily example is a price description. Looking at it, or writing it into a message, does not take $49 from you.
2. What this policy reaches
It reaches the website itself. It also tells you how to ask about a payment that was made later, off the site, for a rental arranged with MENEZES LOCACAO DE AUTOMOVEIS LTDA under the name Yoou Rent a Car.
It does not reach airlines, hotels, toll accounts in your own name, or insurance you bought from someone else. Those charges belong to the company that billed them.
3. Before a rental is confirmed
Before the company confirms a car, a period, a place, and a price, there is no rental to cancel on this website. You can abandon a draft, or you can email [email protected] to say you no longer want an answer.
Closing the browser does not notify the company. If you already sent the email and want to withdraw the question, send another email that says so.
4. After a rental is confirmed off the site
If you and the company later agree a rental by email or another channel, cancellation and any money already paid follow that confirmation. This page does not invent a free-cancellation window, a percentage, or a clock.
Read the confirmation you accepted for the conditions that actually apply. If it is silent, ask before you assume a refund is automatic.
5. How to ask for a review of a charge
Write to [email protected] with the name on the quote, the trip dates, the amount, the date of the charge, and where it appeared. Do not send a full card number. The last digits and the statement descriptor are enough to look for the charge.

6. Rights that remain
