Terms of use
Last updated: October 6, 2026
These terms cover use of the Yoou Rent a Car website at yoourentacarusa.online. They are the rules of the pages. They are not a car-rental contract.
1. The operator and the pages
The pages are published for Yoou Rent a Car by MENEZES LOCACAO DE AUTOMOVEIS LTDA, CNPJ 66.493.796/0001-70, AV DAS AMERICAS, 4200, BL 1 SALA 305, BARRA DA TIJUCA, RIO DE JANEIRO - RJ, 22640-907, Brazil. The activity shown is driverless car rental, described here as Florida trips with a quote before any handover.
You may read the pages and send a quote request. You may not treat the homepage as a confirmed booking, a paid invoice, or a promise that a specific car is already held for you.
2. Permitted use
Use the site to look at the vehicle groups, the photos, the comments, and the questions, and to send a message about a trip. Do not scrape the photos into another storefront, do not send malware through the form, and do not pretend a message from you is a message from the company.
The form is for a rental quote. It is not a channel for unrelated advertising, and it is not a place to send card numbers or passwords.
3. Figures, cars and availability
The homepage shows examples from $49 per day. That figure is a starting example on the page, not a locked rate for every date, airport, or vehicle. Insurance and tolls are described as included in the price the page is talking about. A quote is what names the car, the days, and the amount for that request.
Categories on the page are minivans, sedans, SUVs, pickups and vans. A photo illustrates a group. It does not by itself reserve that exact unit.
4. A message is not a rental
Opening the email draft, or even sending it, asks for a quote. It does not create a rental agreement, does not charge a deposit, and does not obligate either side to a handover. A rental exists only if the company later confirms the car, the period, the place, and the price in a message you accept.
Flight-gate delivery, flight watching, and the absence of a counter line are descriptions of the service the homepage offers. They apply to a trip the company has actually confirmed, not to every visitor who only read the page.
5. No payment on this website
There is no cart, no card form, and no pay button. Do not send card details in the quote message. If a later rental needs a payment, that payment happens through a channel the confirmation names, not through these pages.
Because the site takes no money, it also does not issue a receipt. A receipt, if any, belongs to the later transaction.
6. What you are responsible for
You are responsible for the accuracy of the email you send, including dates, the airport, and the flight number if you want the handover to follow that flight. You are responsible for having a license that is valid for the rental you later accept.
You are responsible for reviewing the draft before you send it. The website cannot know whether your email application actually delivered the message.
7. Comments, photos and the name
The comments of Camila Ferreira, Ricardo Oliveira and Juliana Martins are printed as they were shown for Yoou Rent a Car. They are not a certification program and they are not a promise that your trip will read the same way.
The name Yoou Rent a Car and the page layout belong to the publication of this site. You may quote a short passage to ask a question. You may not present the site as your own rental brand.
8. Other services
An airport, an insurer, a toll road, or an email provider is a separate service. Their rules apply when you use them. This website does not operate the airport and does not sell the insurance policy as a downloadable product.
The homepage text says Florida insurance and tolls are included in the quoted price. The quote is the place where that statement is tied to a specific car and a specific amount.
9. Limits that still leave mandatory rights in place
The pages can be wrong, out of date, or unavailable. A typo in a daily figure is not a contract. To the extent a disclaimer is allowed, the company is not liable for a decision you take from the homepage alone, before a quote confirms the trip.
Nothing here removes a right that a statute keeps, including rights you cannot waive. If a sentence conflicts with such a right, the right stands and the sentence yields.
10. Changes and how to reach the company
The company may update the pages, the photos, and these terms. The date on the legal page is the date of the text you are reading. Continued use of the site after a change is use of the new text.
Questions about these terms go to [email protected] or to the address on the About page. There is no published phone line on the website.
